Joe Cochrane of Nature's Image Taxidermy has been in business since 1978. After taking classes at Joliet Junior College in taxidermy, Joe began Nature's Image with a focus on detailed artistry and creativity. In his mind, the customer and their satisfaction with the finished products are his top priorities.
Joe has won many awards in state, national, and world competitions, many of which are blue ribbons.(the top award in taxidermy com). He has also received several “Pheasant Forever” awards with his work which consist of having the pheasant in the most natural setting. Whenever Joe does compete, he uses customer mounts to show his consistency and the quality of his work.
Joe's work has been featured on TV and radio and throughout the Chicagoland area:

Joe also gives back to taxidermy and hunting communities by giving seminars, demonstrations, and talks on taxidermy with several schools along with Bass Pro Shops and Cabelas. He continues to stay -up-to-date on the latest taxidermy techniques and products on the market by attending seminars and conferences.
